Q: Who is SOLE 2 SOLE?

SOLE 2 SOLE takes a shoe junkie’s addiction to a whole new level. Giving that extra attention to design, comfort and price, SOLE 2 SOLE offers a discerning selection of Britain and Europe’s finest brands exclusively for the quirky yet classic woman. From office pumps, sling backs, loafers, strappy sandals to ballerina pumps and wedges, this store has it all for the young and young at heart.

Accompanying its vast footwear collection, SOLE 2 SOLE also features a growing collection of bags and accessories to complement the look.

Q: Where can I visit SOLE 2 SOLE?

We are an online store! However we do conduct events and pop-ups from time to time. So please connect with us on Facebook or subscribe to our emails and we'll let you know where we'll be next!

Q: What are your store hours like?

We're online... so we're open 24 hours 7 days a week!

YOUR ACCOUNT

Q: What information is stored in my online SOLE 2 SOLE Account?

We store your username and password, any shipping addresses you've used (in your address book), and your billing address information. We do not store your credit card information.

Q: What is my username? 

You are advised to use your email address as the username.

Q: Can I retrieve a forgotten password?

Yes. At the login page, you will see a button at the bottom "Forgot Password" - complete the Problems Logging In section by entering your email address. We will then send you a new password to your email in box.

If you do not remember what email address you registered with us, or if you don't receive your password from us via email, you can email us at support@sole2sole.sg.

PLACING AN ORDER

Q: Where can I buy your products?

Customers can place an order online via our online shop or by visiting our retail store.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

There are several options for your to choose from so that payment is seamless and easy!

i) PayPal - if you have a PayPal account, just log into your account details and PayPal will take care of everything!

ii) Credit Card - we use PayPal as the payment gateway, so if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit card.

iii) Fund transfer - this works if you live in Singapore. All you need to do is to visit the ATM machine, select the option "Fund Transfer" and you will be guided through the steps. 

iv) iBanking - if you have an online banking account, you can transfer the funds to us this way too!

If you're making payment using options (iii) and (iv), just advise us by email on sales@sole2sole.sg, we'll check that the funds have been received and your purchases are good to go!


Q: How do I place an order online?

You will have to be registered first and you can do this for free. The benefits of getting a free account with us is that you will not have to fill in your contact details all over again the next time you order again.

To begin shopping, click the Shop button at the top of any screen. After which you can either search by Brand or by Product Type (e.g. Bags, Umbrellas, Jewellery), this navigation is found at the left-hand side of the screen. Select the product line you are interested in (such as Bags). Then select the product that you would like to order.

Click on Add to cart then select the quantity you would like to purchase, click the "Checkout Now" button or click the "Shop" in the top navigation, to continue shopping.

DELIVERY

Q: My order is missing items. What should I do?

Please email us at support@sole2sole.sg or call us on (65) 9693 0904 (during 11.00am to 8.00pm) and we will arrange to rectify the problem.

Q: The items I ordered are not what I received. What should I do?

Q: Are duties or taxes inclusive in my purchases?

For international purchases, the duties or import tariffs of your country are not included. These taxes are usually payable by you directly to the courier company before the goods are released to you.
